1.4. Services are all services provided by the Processor.

1.6. Personal data processing is any automated or non-automated operation or set of operations performed with personal data or their collections, including collection, storage, transmission.
1.7. The client's personal data is stored by the Estonian Hemophilia Society according to the need to provide the service. Data that the Estonian Hemophilia Society is obliged to store due to legislation (e.g. accounting data) is stored by the Estonian Hemophilia Society based on the requirements stipulated in the legislation.

3. Rights of the data subject

3.2. The data subject has the right to get access to his personal data and to familiarize himself with them.
3.3. The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of his personal data.
3.4. The data subject has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.
3.5. If the data processor processes the data subject's personal data on the basis of the data subject's consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time.
3.6. To exercise the rights, the data subject can send a corresponding request to the address ehy@hemofiilia.ee.
3.7. The data subject can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate to protect his rights.
